I always use the “steam/hot water extraction” method,
never the so called “dry-chemical” method.
I take time to provide you and your fine home the benefit
of my thirty years experience. I first stop to judge
which of many cleaning products will best fit your unique
needs. Needless to say, special attention is always given to
heavily soiled, open areas, spots, and carpet edges along the
baseboards. As well as moving and replacing furniture
to its proper position. Foil tabs & foam blocks are used to
protect the damp carpet from the furniture and vice versa.
Celtic “ Gold Service”
Consists of cleaning around larger pieces and moving and
replacing smaller pieces to their proper places. There is
never any turmoil, and I will leave your home looking neat
and orderly.
Celtic “ Platinum Service ”
Consists of cleaning and rinsing virtually the entire room.
Moving larger pieces, such as, sofas, love seats and big
chairs. Dressers, bookcases, China cabinets are cheerfully
moved if the customer has emptied them before my arrival.
The area under most beds can be cleaned without moving
bed if there is no under bed storage. Or, beds will be moved
if there is no headboard and no under bed storage.
As always, there will be no commotion or turmoil.
I’ll always leave your home neat and in order.
Fabric Protectors are on hand. However, quality carpeting is
usually given stain resistant protection at the mill, and any
added treatment is not needed. I advice the use of fabric
protectors only if the carpeting is not stain resistant.
Deodorize Anti-Bacterial Treatment is an excellent idea
if pets have been a problem; or if one is moving into a new
location. It does a nice job and provides peace of mind.

Upholstery is cleaned at your location, usually in one of
two ways: “Wet Cleaned”, sometimes called
“Shampooed” or “Dry Cleaned”.
“ Wet Cleaning” is less costly than “ Dry Cleaning”
because water and upholstery shampoo cost
less than Dry Cleaning Fluid. “Wet Cleaning ” is
the more thorough of the two. However not all
upholstery can be cleaned with water. It is very
easy for a person with limited experience to ruin
a piece of expensive upholstery. If there was ever a
place where my thirty years experience comes in
handy, upholstery cleaning is that place.
